We provide services to residents throughout the beautiful Rogue Valley. Because of this, we are looking to grow our care team in the following Southern Oregon areas: Medford, Ashland, Jacksonville, Eagle Point, White City, Central Point, Phoenix, and Talent.

Essential Functions

• Performs personal care activities that assist the patient with activities of daily living which include (but are not limited to):
• Personal grooming and hygiene
• Mobility
• Bathing
• Nutrition and feeding
• Toileting
• Prepares meals and snacks according to instructions.
• Performs homemaking activities which include (but are not limited to): Housekeeping, laundry, shopping, errands and transportation
