Senior Account Executive (Sales)
Pritchard Industries, a national janitorial and related services provider is seeking a Senior Account Executive based in Miami Florida to develop sales in the South Florida marketplace. This individual must have a minimum of five years of experience in the South Florida marketplace with a proven track record and client following.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of company services and pricing structure.
• Develop a pipeline of potential new clients based on business and product models.
• Consult with senior management on sales opportunities within the existing client base.
• Identify leads, interact with potential prospects, and acquire new business.
• Determine customer needs and propose appropriate solutions.
• Meet or exceed sales/revenue goals.
• Follow up on assigned company-generated leads through to business close.
• Complete scheduled in-person prospecting activities to establish first and follow-up appointments with key decision-makers.
• Pipeline reporting to senior staff, developing prospective customer profiles and documenting all activity.
• Communicate daily on potential sales activities, progress on goals, and status of prospective customers.

• Experience in CRM—Salesforce
• Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor's degree preferred, but prior performance and experience taken into consideration.
• Experience in CRM-Salesforce
• Bi-lingual preferred
• Experience in selling janitorial/related services to commercial real estate.
• Basic Sales Experience -Minimum of 5 years
• Basic Functional Experience-5 years building services sales within the South Florida marketplace.

$75,000.00 Base plus generous commission package
