Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 and bonus

Job Description

The Senior Financial Analyst provides financial planning, analysis, and decision support for the business. The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for generating financial reports, collaborating on budgets, and providing variance analysis. The successful applicant will be an agent of change, identifying opportunities for efficiency and implementing those changes. This position will require professional-level analysis, independent judgment, and decision-making.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Create and distribute reports to provide performance visibility to the organization.
  • Assist in the annual and interim budget processes.
  • Become an expert in our financial planning software.
  • Participate in monthly business assessment meetings.
  • Identify opportunities to add value.
  • Help simplify processes and create visibility to performance.
  • Become a trusted partner to business leaders.
  • Answer questions from the field in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain confidentiality of data entrusted to the team.
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis as requested.
  • Perform other duties and work on projects as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Four-year degree in Finance, Accounting or related field is required.
  • Strong detail orientation.
  • Understanding of financial systems.
  • Must have strong Microsoft Excel skills, Power BI and SQL skills a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills, detail orientation and problem solving ability.
  • Passion for learning and adapting in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to travel as required.

  • This position will be performed at the Bellevue Corporate office, with potential to for a hybrid schedule with manager approval after training period.
