This position is a "Student Support" assignment that runs through 12/31/2023 with the potential for an extension. The expectation is that you’ll work around 15-20 hours per week during the school year and during summer you can choose how much you’d like to work, with the cap at 40 hours per week. Bonus perk: Paid holidays as a student – how cool is that?
As a Social Media Student for Global Talent, you will gain valuable experience and learn from some of the best as you sit on the Global Talent Acquisition – Center of Excellence team. Our team is mostly remote, as will you be for this role, so you will always feel like part of the team with our frequent touch bases and weekly calls.
Your number one priority will always be helping our team create, publish, and analyze our social media content. We expect you to have quite the appetite for helping create quality content that is aligned to brand guidelines, keeping our social calendar organized, and openly sharing your ideas for improvement with the team. If you desire a career in digital marketing, social media, communications, HR or somewhere in between, this will be a valuable early career experience.
Who will you work with directly? For starters, you will collaborate heavily with your manager, the Associate Manager of Talent Attraction. You’ll also work with the Employer Brand Manager and Recruitment Marketing Regional Leads. Beyond them, you will partner with peers across the globe from our recruitment and communication teams, which may require a few video calls outside of normal working hours.
