The position reports to the Director, Network Strategy and will work directly with finance, product, engineering, marketing, and other business units across Shipt.

The position reports to the Director, Network Strategy and will work directly with finance, product, engineering, marketing, and other business units across Shipt.
As a Manager, Network Strategy, you will:
  • Drive program strategy & performance towards increasing the overall efficiency of Shipt’s Shop-&-Deliver and Delivery-Only services.
  • Develop KPI reporting, identify improvement opportunities, and monitor overall program performance.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying areas of sub-optimal performance, recommending mitigating actions, and then tracking progress.
  • Support the Operations team with any day-to-day escalations
  • Build and deliver robust feedback loops from field teams to efficiently resolve issues
  • Build new capabilities and experiences, utilizing data-driven decision-making and sound business judgment to run tests.
  • Manage prioritization and trade-offs with customer experience, performance, operational support load, and SLAs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, operations, data science, and finance to solve complex business problems and bring ideas to market.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, operations management, or a related field; MBA or Business Master’s degree is nice.
  • 5+ years of experience in strategy, operations, logistics, fulfillment, or other relative experience.
  • 3+ years of Retail and/or consumer-focused e-commerce environment preferred.
  • A track record of managerial leadership, expertise, and mentorship in growing & developing high-functioning teams.
  • Possess strong business acumen and analytical mindset with the ability to identify metrics and data to back up your strategy, programs, and ideas. Tableau or SQL proficiency is preferred.
  • Extensive project and program management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
