El (la) Operador de Calidad de segundo turno 2pm-10:30pm estará capacitado para realizar tareas en las áreas de costura a máquina, lavado, secado en horno, micro ensamblaje (“micro assembly”), set- up de equipo electronico, uso de tornos lathe/ crimpring process y/o formacion de piezas (“dipping inmersion”). En adición realizará funciones de pruebas e inspecciones de ciertas operaciones específicas tales como, pruebas de sellado, pruebas de torque, inspecciones visuales de ensamblaje y pruebas funcionales, para asegurarse que el producto esta conforme a las especificaciones y procedimientos.
Funciones esenciales de trabajo:
Realizar la limpieza de área de trabajo, equipos y materiales, para cumplir con los diferentes procesos
Organizar el área de trabajo
Realizar costura a máquina, lavado, secado en horno, micro ensamblaje (“micro assembly”), set up de equipos electrónicos uso de tornos lathe/ crimpring process y/o formación de piezas (dipping inmersion”). Adicional a esto realizará tareas como ensamblar, envolver, empacar, llenar, sellar, coser, cortar telas, pulir, perforar, inspeccionar, moldear, imprimir, etiquetar de acuerdo a los procesos establecidos en cada estación, procesos de manufactura y políticas establecidas
Consultar dibujos, procedimientos y las especificaciones para asegurar la calidad del producto
Inspeccionar el producto, herramienta, material y/o equipo durante los procesos de manufactura para cumplir con los procedimientos establecidos tales como calibraciones, identificación, desgaste, mal funcionamiento y/o discrepancia del producto
Operar maquinaria simple
Utilizar instrumentos de presición
Leer gráficas, tomar lecturas para verificar parámetros de los procedimientos
Colocar telas en áreas designadas (“spool” o bolsas)
Notificar al supervisor y/o designado cualquier discrepancia, material que no cumpla con las especificaciones y desviaciones a procedimientos y/o mal funcionamiento de equipo
Documentar el trabajo realizado siguiendo los procedimientos establecidos y órdenes de trabajo (WO’s) “Work Orders”
Empacar el producto de acuerdo a los requerimientos y procesos establecidos y reconciliar etiquetas en área de empaque
Auditar documentación de manufactura
Obtener el adiestramiento requerido antes de llevar a cabo una operación
Utilizar la vestimenta requerida y el equipo de protección personal y seguridad de acuerdo a los requisitos de su operación
Cumplir con los cGMP’s, estándares de calidad y políticas y/o procedimientos establecidos
Aceptar o rechazar de acuerdo a la especificación del producto. Realizar las medidas de pruebas físicas necesarias y la inspección visual del producto en proceso y el producto final siguiendo las especificaciones aprobadas.
Preparar informes o documentación de inspección requeridos e informes del material desechado para luego ser auditado por un inspector de calidad o designado.
Ejecutar otras funciones requeridas por el supervisor y/o designado.
Calificaciones básicas:
Destrezas de escritura
Destrezas matemáticas
Destreza manuales para operar herramientas/ piezas pequeñas
Tener visión 20/20 o visión restaurada
Habilidad para seguir instrucciones
Habilidad para aprender y aplicar procedimientos departamentales en forma rápida
Capacidad para inspeccionar, organizar, interpretar, leer, copiar, memorizar y documentar
Orientado (a) a trabajar en equipo
Conocimiento de cGMP’s y estándares de calidad.
Educación y/o experiencia:
Diploma de Escuela Superior o equivalente
De uno (1) a tres (3) años de experiencia en ambiente regulado y/o de manufactura
Habilidades y conocimiento deseables adicionales de las calificaciones básicas:
Grado Técnico o Universitario (preferible)
