Great Roofing is looking for a Sales Leader who will have the opportunity to continue growing our existing market. The previous Sales Manager was given over $7Million in leads! This position does provide a base salary but as with all GOOD sales positions, there is a bigger upside paid out through commission and bonuses. You will constantly be networking, teaching, leading, and ideally be the leader on the sales board. We are looking to continue to grow our presence in Cincinnati exponentially and whoever we hire for this role will be a massive piece in making that happen. We do not care if you have technical construction experience or not, we can teach the right candidate the technical knowledge required. Any current or former athlete or sales people with a competitive nature have all historically been successful in this role. What you must possess is a go-getter mentality and the ability to lead by example. Being able to recruit like minded people is also a must.
