Dental Treatment Coordinator for Honolulu-based Dental Office

Look no further than our Dental Practice! Our state-of-the-art dental practice in Honolulu is seeking a talented and motivated Treatment Coordinator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome and greet patients with a friendly and professional demeanor.

- Act as a liaison between patients and dental providers to ensure optimal treatment planning and scheduling.

- Explain treatment plans, fee estimates and financial options to patients.

- Manage daily schedules- monitoring and maintaining on-time patient flow.

- Assist in patient engagement in follow-up calls, retention, and consultations.

Skills and Qualifications: - At least 2 years of experience in the dental industry is preferred. However, strong sales experience would suffice! - Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. - Detail-oriented with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. - Knowledge of dental terminology, treatment procedures and insurance claims are preferred. - Proficiency in MS Office and dental software.

Salary range: $15-$20 per hour + BONUS 2% of collections.

Working days/hours: Monday-Friday 7am-7pm, Sat/Sun 8am-5pm; hours and days depend on location and can be discussed at the interview.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
