SiteZeus is hiring a Web Developer to join our Synuma team of professionals who are passionate about their work, the product, and the adoption of cutting-edge technologies. This is a remote (work from home) position.

Expected Salary Range - $95,000 - $115,000

What we’re looking for is someone that is a problem-solver, enthusiastic, and genuinely committed to the success of our business. This position focuses on developing new features on our product at all levels of the technology stack. Introducing new technologies and keeping our product updated with a pragmatic approach. Reviewing pull requests and solving problems in a way that benefits all clients with performance in mind. Leading future developers and developing in an agile mindset. Assisting in the Implementation process of new Clients and the occasional technical sales position with the sales team and potential clients.

What you’ll be doing is prioritizing and communicating with the team regarding, but not limited to, the following activities:

As a Web Developer

• Hands on development of new features on existing product
• Hands on development to improve/refactor/iterate previously built functionality
• Learn the product from a technical, industry and use-case views to understand the why behind features and improve the user experience
• Implement clean front-end code with component drive design in mind and developing clean user interfaces
• Develop within a Scrum Framework
• Work with the support team to validate our end-user help, training, and best practices documentation for our product
• Work with the implementation team to handle coordination of import data
• Handle any escalated support issues that require developer skills
• Implement proper programming/design patterns around Test-Driven Development and automation of QA where possible
• Participate in daily scheduled meetings
• Some travel within the US may be required (approx. 5%)
