Robotic Weld Operator/Programmer

Competitive candidates will have Robotic weld operation/programming experience preferably on Trumpf products.

Key skills include:

• Advanced knowledge of welding processes and principles

• In depth knowledge of robotic welding and programming.

• Working knowledge of sheet metal welding

• Must have experience with Solidworks 3d modeling.

Required competencies include:

• Detail orientation

• Organizational and process skills

• Effective communication skills

• A desire to learn new technologies and motivation to go above and beyond minimum requirements.

Primary job responsibilities include:

• Operate, program and maintain robotic welding machines, including charting machine performance and administering routine checks/maintenance

• Read and understand blueprints and mechanical drawings

• Plan sequences of operation to achieve optimal precision and tolerances

• Prepare raw materials for production, ensuring material quality prior to production sequence

• Adhere to all standards of quality and safety
