Job Summary:

Wallaby Windows is seeking an experienced sales consultant who is passionate about solving problems and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This individual will have responsibility for leading the in-home consultations for window and door installation projects with the goal of a one-visit-close.


The ideal candidate will be a natural relationship builder with excellent communication skills and who is humble, competitive, and possesses the highest degree of integrity. Though sales experience is required, direct experience in windows and doors is not required as we provide world-class training to prepare you for your role.


Wallaby Windows is a home services contractor providing high-quality replacement window and door installation services to homeowners, contractors, and property owners.

Note: We are a home-based organization with no local retail or office locations. The Window Consultant will primarily operate at the customer's home or business, with the Consultant traveling to and from locations throughout the day. The remaining time during working hours will be done from the individual's home or preferred location. Any separate work function to be conducted (team meetings, home shows, community events, etc) will be held at an agreed upon location within our territory.


Compensation:

$40,000 base to start + tiered commission structure (with no commission caps)


Shift / Schedule:

Monday through Friday 9AM to 5PM


Required Skills / Abilities:

  • Great sales skills and the ability to accomplish a one call close
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
  • Experience using a CRM preferred

Licenses:

  • Valid TN Drivers License required

Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Follow the Wallaby Windows ‘Pane-Free’ sales process
  • Foster the leads we generate for you from organic and advertising outreach
  • Travel to residential, commercial, and industrial sites within territory to complete the free in-home consultation process for our window and door services
  • Educate customers on the styles, materials, and options available to them along with the respective energy efficiency value they provide
  • Take accurate measurements of all existing windows / doors for the project
  • Use product samples, support, and technology to assist you in closing the sale
  • Provide customers a project quote at the end of the in-home consultation using estimation software
  • Guide customers through payment and financing options
  • Participate in sales activities, home shows, and community events as needed
  • Contribute to additional Lead generation and data input into CRM
  • Manage follow up process with all customers and provide world class service
  • Networking to build contractor and vendor relationships within territory
  • Perform other related duties as required

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelors Degree preferred
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Minimum 1 to 3 years outside sales experience required
  • Customer Focused

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of walking, standing, and sitting
  • Must be able to access and navigate the jobsite
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds
