Missiles and Fire Control is one of four Lockheed Martin business areas. MFC is a recognized designer, developer and manufacturer of precision engagement aerospace and defense systems for the U.S. and allied militaries. MFC develops, manufactures and supports advanced combat, missile, rocket, manned and unmanned systems for military customers that include the U.S. Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, NASA and dozens of foreign allies. MFC also offers a wide range of products and services for the global civil nuclear power industry and the military’s green power initiatives. MFC has five principal product categories that correspond to the vital capabilities it provides our warfighters and civilian customers in their defining moments. MFC pursues business in more than 50 countries with more than 50 product and service lines. We are seeking highly motivated, experienced, and enthusiastic individuals to join and contribute significantly to our MFC Transformation team within the Enabling Pillar of our organization. This position will be responsible for partnering with our Guiding Pillar, Core Pillar, MFC Programs, executives and/or MFC functions to deliver data support and business metrics.
Create and maintain interactive data analytics dashboards
Collect, analyze, and summarize data to communicate insightful information to key stakeholders
Work closely with leadership team, enabling team, and other key stakeholders
Perform data validation and maintain integrity of dashboards and databases
Maintain and optimize current Tableau dashboards
Develop and automate data pipelines
Complete Ad-hoc troubleshooting request from leadership.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of experience
Interest in building and deploying business metrics, machine learning, and learning Tableau
Perform specialized data investigations to support analytics and custom reporting scenarios
Able to focus on results
Ability to interact and communicate effectively with colleagues on requirements
Ability to work independently as well as with a team
Energetic and a self-starter
Desired Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Data Analysis or Mathematics and at least 2 years of experience
Experience in Business Intelligence (BI) / Data Warehousing (DW) industry
Experience with MS SQL
Experience with SAP HANA
Experience with cloud-based data solutions
Experience with MS SharePoint
Experience with Domino
Experience with Tableau
Experience building and deploying business metrics
Experience using JIRA or similar resources for project planning and tracking
Experience in an Agile product centric development structure
Experience with change management (people side of change)
Design Thinking certified
Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt certification)

Ability to Work Remotely: Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
