We are seeking a Estimating Coordinator at our Fort Myers office.

What you will do:

• High volume of phone calls to subcontractors and vendors, tracking responses.
• Participate in Preconstruction Team meetings to analyze each project and the appropriate strategies.
• Work directly with Director of Preconstruction on managing bid calendar.
• Participate in Bid Progress Review meetings with Estimating Department.
• Perform tasks delegated by Director of Preconstruction.
• Assist in reviewing project requirements & documents to determine deliverables.
• Assist in creating bid solicitations and sending out RFP’s to subs and vendors.
• Issue notice of award/not award to subcontractor list.
• Manages Subcontractor/Vendor Coverage Tracking Sheet in Server.
• Assist in assembling Bid Documents & Proposals.

What you will need to be successful:

• Minimum of two (2) year recent office experience. (Construction experience preferred, but not required).
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work in a fast paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent telephone and written skills.
• Computer skills required – Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and Outlook).
• Cordial disposition with a team attitude.
