Glades Talent is representing an aggressive Insurance Defense Litigation Firm looking to bring aboard a senior experienced Insurance Defense Paralegal to serve as Paralegal Manager. This position would require an extensive knowledge of Aderant and the typical insurance carrier billing platforms to train, manage and supervise our staff of paralegal and legal assistants. This position is a management position with no case load or billing requirements. The Firm would consider full or part time applicants for their Coral Springs office.

Job Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills, typing, and grammar required
• Experience working in at least 1 of the following practice areas: insurance defense, wrongful death, personal injury, and PIP litigation.
• Highly organized, dependable, and timely.
• Extensive knowledge of Aderant.
• Excellent computer skills, MS Word, and knowledge of typical insurance carrier billing platforms.
• Experience with e-filing and possess knowledge of the local court systems.
• Previous experience managing and supervising Paralegals and Legal Assistants preferred.

Salary Range: Flexible. Depending on the individual and the experience they bring.
