We are looking for Recruitment Specialists to source, interview, and select qualified job candidates

About You:

• You have a background in Human Resources, customer service, or administrative experience in a fast-paced work environment.
• Ideally 2+ years of recruitment experience
• Competitive energetic and self-motivated, with excellent interpersonal skills!
• Open to working PST timezone

Responsibilities:

• Source and contact passive candidates online (e.g. via LinkedIn)
• Screen resumes and job applications
• Conduct intake meetings with clients to agree on qualification criteria for candidates
• Phone screen candidates and provide shortlists of qualified potential hires
• Prepare candidates before interviews with clients
• Create talent pipelines with high-potential candidates for future job opportunities
• Experience working cross-departmentally at multiple levels of the organization
• A passion for attracting and hiring high-quality talent for the team

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Recruiter, or similar role
• Ability to manage the first hiring stages (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing)
• Experience evaluating candidates for various roles and seniority levels
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Solid organizational and time-management abilities
• BSc in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, or a relevant field
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States as a U.S. citizen or national, or an alien admitted as a permanent resident, refugee, or asylee
